Therapy

When people go to therapy on TV, the doctor usually tells them to start a journal. Write down their feelings. It's a safe and constructive way to analyze your feelings.

When good girlfriends get together, then you can usually find the opportunity to vent. There, in the safety of your friends, you can say things you would not normally say.

You might say, "My brother-in-law has married the spawn of Satan." Or you might admit that "you feel like the odd one out in your family."

But when all is said and done - whether you write it down or you find the courage to say it out loud - You feel better.

Therapy.

What if, you could say whatever you wanted to say - anonymously? What if you could bounce your thoughts and feelings off of someone that you never had to see again?

Group Therapy.

Welcome to our group therapy! Come, read, and enjoy! We are going to fight those things that sometimes cause us grief and pain with humor and good advice. And, hopefully, when everything is said and done. We will realize that it is not nearly as bad as we thought it was!
